- Conducting a competitor and situational analysis;

Each component of the workshop will identify successes and determine gaps that reveal opportunities to improve your school, which collectively contributes to the development of your strategy.

Planning Workshop II again occurs in a two-part, onsite workshop. After Workshop II, your school will have a transparent and predictable plan to create and distribute your marketing and communications material in print and digitally.
